For determining fiber length and pulp classification.

Device description

Depending on the model, the fiber classifier consists of up to five tanks, which are mounted in a stepped arrangement at different heights on the front. The screens are held in place by a specially developed quick-release clamping device to allow for easy and quick removal and installation. Each unit is equipped with an agitator and an overflow that directs the suspension into the next container. The classification time can be adjusted individually. The water flow is regulated in accordance with the applicable standard. The unit can be conveniently rinsed and cleaned using the integrated water hose.
