<p>For determining the tensile strength in dry or wet condition, the elongation and the tensile force absorption (TEA) of paper or tissue.</p>
<h4>Device description</h4>
<p class="TextBody" style="text-align: justify;">The integrated touchscreen and clear buttons make this robust device easy to use. The software has many pre-installed tests, e.g. the standard 100 mm tensile test for 15 mm strips or the wet tensile test with 50 mm sample strips for tissue. A load cell of the customer&#8217;s choice is included in the delivery. The pneumatically driven clamps have automatic sample recognition or can be started manually via a start button directly on the clamp holder. This is particularly useful for tests with transparent samples. The maximum distance between the clamps is 300 mm. It has an RS 232 interface and a USB port for maintenance as well as a printer connection. The device is supplied with various sample carriers, e.g. a water bath for wet tests or a carrier for tensile tests (180 mm/100 mm). The test speed is adjustable from 0.2 to 330 mm/min.       </p>

<h5>Device description</h5>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The AT 1000 abrasion tester, which has been in use worldwide since 1970, is ideal for the comparative and quality control of platelet-shaped fillers and pigments. The device provides information on the wear properties of paper machine fabrics, cutting and punching tools as well as roll scrapers and blades when using these fillers and pigments. The abrasion tester model AT 1000 has been in production since 1970 and its functionality has not been changed since then. However, the product has been improved at regular intervals in terms of its handling, testing accuracy and long-term accuracy. All the experience gained since its market launch has been incorporated into the design of <em>PTE Austria</em>&#8216;s latest model of the Original Einlehner AT 1000. The device has an integrated touchscreen, which enables intuitive and simple operation. The rotary sander rotates independently of the mains frequency (50 &#8211; 60 Hz) at a standard speed of either 1450 rpm or 1800 rpm. In addition, any other speed can be selected with the new electronic system. The touch display shows the preset and current revolutions (maximum 999.990 revolutions) and the speed of the abrasive mixer can be controlled. The mixing rod is narrower on the underside where it dips into the suspension. This means that the guide at the tip remains free of impurities.          </p>

<h4>Device description</h4>
<p class="TextBody" style="margin-bottom: 2.0pt;">The resin tester was developed in close cooperation with the customer. This special device tests resins for their &#8220;caking ability&#8221; and is mainly used in the paint and varnish industry. The resin in the thermal pots is heated up to 60°C and then pressurized with the aid of a pneumatic plunger. After a predetermined time (hours, days, weeks) the process is completed and the resin can be checked to see how much it has &#8220;caked&#8221; and further analysis can be carried out. The heating elements can be preset to simulate different times. The device is equipped with a touch display and analysis software. There are five resin pots that can be pulled forward for easier filling of the samples, and the punch height is set manually using rulers.      </p>

<h4>Device description</h4>
<p class="TextBody" style="margin-bottom: 2.0pt;">The FCT cutter is equipped with high-quality cutting blades to cut precise, circular FCT samples from corrugated cardboard. Four fixing pins prevent the sample from slipping during the cutting process. Samples with a thickness of up to 10 mm can be cut easily. A foam pad prevents damage to the desk underneath. To cut a sample, the sample material is placed on the foam plate, the cutter is placed on top and the sample is fixed with the four pins. The sample is cut by turning the lever once clockwise.     </p>
<p class="TextBody">The desiccator set consists of a desiccator made of borosilicate glass 3.3, a glass tap, a plastic lid with hole, a perforated porcelain plate and is supplied with a desiccator grease (100 g) and a pack of quartz beads with color indicator (1 kg). It is suitable for simple applications such as protection against moisture during the cooling process, even with a slight vacuum. </p>

<p class="TextBody">The high-precision electric muffle furnace is a universal laboratory furnace that fires up to 1100°C and is designed for material tests and heat treatments such as hardening, loosening, normalizing ceramic and earthenware samples and for determining the ash content of pulp and similar products. An extraction system can also be installed in the device to remove gases or smoke released during thermal processing. <h4 style="margin-top: 0in;">Device description</h4>
<p class="TextBody" style="margin-bottom: 2.0pt;">The robust precision hand cutter is made entirely of metal. The upper and lower blades are made of high-quality material and guarantee precise cutting and accurate sample cuts. The benchtop device is equipped with several safety devices and the sample is easily cut out by pressing down the lever. There is a gap below the cutting area for quick and easy removal of the sample.</p>

<h4>Device description</h4>
<p class="TextBody">The double-knife cutter was developed to prepare sample strips with simple and effortless one-handed operation. The blades, made of hardened and ground special steel, are integrated in the lever and concealed under a safety cover. When inserting the sample material, the lever can be pressed down slightly to fix the sample and achieve greater accuracy of the samples. The standard cutting length is 260 mm and there are several cutting options of 10; 12.7; 15; 20 and 25.4 mm as well as the special cutting width of 50 mm for tissue tensile test samples.  </p>
